MK2 GOLF GTI 2.0 ABF TASTEFULLY MODIFIED MUST SEE!!! in Carshalton, Surrey for sale

Here we have for sale is my 1987 mk2 golf gti 2.0 abf 16v, the car began life as a 8v gti i have owned her for 3 years and about 7 months ago i decided to convert her to a 2.0 16v from a mk3 golf gti. The engine came from a low mileage golf that had been broke due to rust (85k miles). Before going ahead with the conversion i fitted a new clutch, new cam belt/tensioner, all new gaskets, new switches/sensors and belts. The loom was sent away to be professionally built and once back in my hands i replaced all the necessary relays with new genuine vw parts. Then once installed the car had a engine flush, new oil, new plugs, oil filter, air filter and a fuel additive to clean the fuel lines. Over the years i have spent lots of time and money adding parts to the car to get it how she looks now just some of those parts are: AP coilovers (German built TUV approved ) - £500 New g60 top mounts All new engine mounts Lenso Axe ex4 wheels with good year eagle f1 tyres (tyres only months old) Full custom life time guarantee stainless exhaust system - £450 Mk4 brakes and goodrich hoses 7 slat grille crosshair lights 16v rear smoked lights brand new headliner and custom build stealth parcel shelf sparco steering wheel tailor made car mats new expansion tank new oil cooler megacore HT leads Samco hoses Im sure theres more iv missed but all in all its a really tastefully modified golf which is solid all round and always gets complemented by the mot tester with plenty of power, there are a few age related marks here and there but she still cleans up and shines well for its age and gets attention wherever you are.
